To your great surprise, the horse reappears and calmly trots back to the pumpkin-headed Hessian as soon as the candy corn is piled on the ground. While the dark steed grazes on the beloved candy, the horseman begins to speak.
"Thank you for your help. I am the headless horseman, and this is my horse Alptraum, Alpie for short." At the introduction of its name, the horse bows its head and flares its nostrils in greeting. Then, the horseman continues. "We were exiled here through a portal to your fine woods. Our neighbor, a rather powerful witch, sent us through the portal after we accidentally trimmed the daisies in her yard. Alpie and I were just trying to tidy up our lawn. " The Horseman sighs.

"I can get us home...but I will be needing some help in this unfamiliar land." As he begins to write on a tattered piece of parchment you prepare yourself for the work ahead.
