The Voyage Log for the Captain of the Two Fishers
Day 145 of Leaf 84 of Branch 1342
Overnight update:
The night crew reported that everything ran smoothly and the Balstar kept their lights glowing throughout the dark hours. Navigation was easy and all systems functioned properly. Then, the rest, and the bulk, of their report focused on appreciation for Mariya’s thoughtful, and apparently quite delicious, meals. The food was a significant step up from the usual leftovers of the day. I need to thank Mariya at breakfast this morning.
Midday update:
We are still following the Balstar closely, and we’re on schedule to reach Nonir Island within four days. Our passengers have expressed their hopes that they might get to see some of the famous turtles of Nonir, but I reminded them that the turtles typically inhabit the opposite side of the island from where we’ll be docking. Nevertheless, if we have time I would like to try to get them within sight of the turtles.
Evening update:
Once again, George and {player} have pulled in an incredible haul! It is a sight to behold these two pulling in net after net brimming with fish. It is tempting to offer them both a job when we return home. If the fishing continues at this pace, our preservation hold will be completely full well in advance of our arrival at Nonir Island.
