The Light Continues I

As the old year passes and a new year begins, Mariya looks forward to enjoying the tradition of passing the light. This tradition originated with Mithar sharing the light of power with the guardians at the dawn of creation. To celebrate, a burning candle lit in the old year is used to light a new candle at the rising of the sun on the first day of the new year. In this way, the light of the old year is brought into the new year to help all see more clearly.

Mariya wants to make some very special candles for passing the light this year. She wants to bring in the holiday traditions of Redbrook and make them a part of the candles. Will you help her gather some traditional Redbrook holiday items to use in making her candles?
