Summer Lessons in Science II

The first lesson was a big hit! Vincent appreciates your help.

For the next lesson, the teachers will open the watermelons up and then the kids will use spoons to dig out different parts of the watermelon (and eat some watermelon while they’re at it). Then, they will examine the different parts of the watermelon through magnification. The kids will draw and label the structures they find in their science journals.
