The sound of steel striking steel rings above the riotous chorus of the crowd and Vincent stands, sword crossed with Ric’s dagger, glinting in the sun. Ric’s face is a mix of rapturous glee and determination as the two begin to fight in earnest, trading blows in a display of skill you can’t help but admire for a moment.
Vincent, sweat appearing on his brow looks to you, “What are you doing {player}, get out of here! Buddy, keep them safe!”
Gathering your wits, you see the mob descend upon the rest of the Golden Leaf. Helplessly, you heed the words of Vincent and make your way through the pack as Buddy flanks you with a sword drawn.
