Fire Alarm
George saw the dragon that destroyed the Pale Moon Inn. He says it flew over his house as quick as a shooting star, slammed into the second floor of the inn, and burst back into the air with an explosion of flames behind it.
George thinks the inn might have survived, if not for that fire. Water couldn’t stop it. The building didn’t stand a chance, and the only thing that saved the occupants of the inn was George’s shouting.
