As you and Rosalie place the last hat back where they disappeared, a knock comes at the front door. Rosalie jumps in surprise and rushes to the door, and Star Meerif enters.
“Rosalie, I am sorry for my rudeness, the hats were not what I was looking for, but I realized quite quickly my arcane aspirations got in the way of social protocols. I am truly sorry, and I hope these flowers can be a part of my forgiveness along with – well, I see our friend has already found the hats I was going to bring back. Perhaps instead we could celebrate Halloween by giving out candy and hats to everyone… together?”
Star bows and produces a bouquet of roses. Rosalie’s smile lights up the room, and you set to work getting a few more hats for the occasion. Halloween is truly a magical time.
