The weather is warming, and the air is sweet with the smell of blooms and new growth. It won’t be long now before the full heat of summer ignites to slowly bake Redbrook.
The thought of baking in the middle of summer has inspired Mariya to find a recipe for a dessert that she can make, in the very fiery heart of summer, that is cool and bright and refreshing.
