Shoveling Snow V - A

Cecil is glad that Beatrix and Lorn asked him to come take a look at the hatch before anyone got hurt. However, he is surprised to see this hatch. Cecil thought that he mapped all of the underground structures in this area several years ago. He did not detect this one during that search, but now that the structure is exposed, Cecil thinks it is a good idea if he takes a look.

Cecil has a device, called a fachetek, that he can use to disable the magic guarding the hatch. Then, he can safely open the hatch and take a brief look down in the structure, to make sure that there is no danger for the townsfolk.

Cecil would appreciate your help in building a support rig that he can attach his climbing system to, so that he can descend safely down through the hatch.
