“Progress,” Cecil notes with a smile. He’s summons his book again and begins reading, completely blocking out your presence. “So, I need to give not only intent and context, but also constraints! I don’t really know what MOQ is supposed to mean, but it does mention something about maximum inventory sizes relative to cost and natural gems.” He looks up and jumps as he remembers you are there.
