When the pale Thomas finally woke, he was no longer pale. He also said the glow was gone, or at least he couldn’t see it anymore. Ragvin left the no-longer-pale Thomas with his two crewmen to recover himself while Ragvin and the healthy Thomas took a short look around the island.
Ragvin and the healthy Thomas didn’t find anything particularly noteworthy as they searched the island, but your friend looked surprised anyway. When Ragvin addressed the surprised look, Thomas said that the island they were exploring was exactly the same as an island he and the other Thomas set sail from, rock for rock and tree for tree.
Ragvin found that claim extremely curious, but with a pressing need to continue his trade route, Ragvin couldn’t remain on the island for much longer. The next day, Ragvin brought more of his crew to the island to help explore. Like the night before, they couldn’t find anything valuable…
Ragvin could use another drink. The telling of this story is really drying out his throat.
