Defenses and Consequences XVI

Cecil’s horse returned today. It is missing a leg, but it is otherwise unharmed. Now Cecil thinks the horse needs a name, after all it has been through. He likes the name “Lucky Lady”.

Cecil also thinks Lorn is right. Like his Lucky Lady, it is time for those hurt in this difficult time to come home. Cecil will join the council, but he would like compensation for his gold leaf.
