Defenses and Consequences I

George has an idea to help protect the townsfolk from the dragon. With approval from the mayor, George is leading a large work crew to build dugout dragon shelters all around town. Everyone in town is being asked to contribute. For your part, will you help George gather the tools and building materials to start a few of the shelters?
