Consequences and Defenses IX

Lorn, Holger, and Thomas followed a trail of green paint this morning. It was scattered and spotty, but it was consistent enough that they were able to follow it with a little effort. When they reached the end of the trail, they found Vincent at the edge of the forest, prone on the ground behind a small rise, and watching Beatrix's house.

Vincent said that he followed the dragon as best he could all night. The last he saw the dragon, it dropped from the air just before it reached Beatrix's house. He watched all night for the dragon to reappear, but he hasn't seen it since.
