Buddy's School Shenanigans VI

Buddy has realized he is not going to be able to reach the ceiling and his throwing arm is a little weak after the situation with Holger and the horseshoes, so he needs something that will give him a quick boost to get to the ceiling. He also forgot that you shouldn’t get toilet paper wet and the entire load was sitting outside in the rain, so he’ll need some more.
