Buddy Rabbit I

Buddy wants to join in the festive spirit everyone else in town seems to have, and has asked you to help him make a rabbit costume. He needs 100 feathers. You think that maybe he has never seen a rabbit before, and contemplate introducing him to frank, but realize that if you did, Buddy might want blue feathers instead.
