After you and Lorn finish tying up the Wodutrown brothers, Lorn checks outside the front door while you inspect what lies behind the closed door. Lorn finds nothing ominous outside, but he notes that Black Rock Canyon is only a few kilometers to the south. Behind the closed door you find a bedroom with two disheveled beds and an ash-filled fireplace. It appears that you are safe for the moment.
Speaking at a comfortable volume again, Lorn asks you to sit at the table so he can examine your injury. He tells you that it looks pretty rough, but that it won’t need stitches. However, he would like to get some healicite ointment on your wound and on his own.
