A Tower Divided

Star appears again before you quite suddenly, a shower of feathers coming down around him and you.
“Why, good day! Have you noticed anything odd lately? Has Rosalie been snoring again? You see, my tower has been having some issues lately…” He points in the distance and you’re surprised to see a giant tower where there was nothing yesterday!
Upon closer inspection, it looks like the tower has been split in half!
“You see my good fellow, I was enjoying a good rumination on the theory of orchid blooming patterns in non-standard aethereal weather patterns when Geist so rudely slammed into my tower, which for some reason is entirely visible again! Confound it all, I want some tea in peace! I need some help with repairs, and I know you’d be happy to help!”
Star hands you a list of items he needs and disappears without a trace.
