Lorn likes the idea that Holger and Thomas cooked up, except the part about attacking the dragon. After his latest round of research, he has a better idea. Instead of attacking it, Lorn wants to mark the dragon with green dye and let it escape. Lorn hopes the dye will allow him to find the beast and help it when it’s in a more peaceful state.

Lorn discussed this idea at length with Holger and Thomas. Holger didn’t like it. Thomas was supportive, because he thought it sounded like a strategy he could use for fishing. Nevertheless, both men agreed to do it Lorn’s way this time.
